Contest Rules:
1. Contest will run 30 days.
2. Videos must be: 60 seconds to 3 minutes long and start with a handwritten sign displaying ThePinkPleasurePalace.com.
3. To enter, contestants must be 18 years of age or older.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. All contestants are required to use their own, original, portrait. Submitting a photo of another individual will result in disqualification. Winners may be required to provide additional identification to verify photo ownership. a. Winners will be required to submit a photo ID and an additional image to identify themselves as the owners of the winning photo. b. Displaying sexual acts 6. Each contestant may only enter once.
7. Voters may vote once a day per video. This means I can vote for the same person 30 times in a month, but I can vote for as many different people as I like.
8. There will be one prize of $500. The winner will be announced on our contest page within 48 hours of the end of each 30 day contest period. a. All prizes will be shipped to the winner within 2 weeks after the Winner's confirmation b. Prizes will be released to winners only.
9. For internet based entries, use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry modes is prohibited and will be void. In case of an identity dispute, the registered user of the email account on the date of entry will be the recognized user.
10. Winner's Confirmation: Prizes not claimed within 7 days of being awarded, or in the case of a time sensitive prize, within its period of usability, shall be considered forfeited and will become property of ThePinkPleasurePalace.com. Such prize may be disposed of at the discretion of ThePinkPleasurePalace.com Management.
11. By participating in a ThePinkPleasurePalace.com contest, entrants hereby agree that ThePinkPleasurePalace.com has no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession and/or use of a prize or an entrant's participation in any such contest.
12. ThePinkPleasurePalace.com reserves the right to: a. terminate or declare any Contest null and void and rescind any prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the Contest; b. alter or amend these Contest rules at any time; c. stop or conclude the Contest at any time without prior notice. Material changes to the contest rules will be posted online, when practical.
13. These are general contest rules, and rules for individual contests may vary. To the extent that any individual contest rules differ from these rules, the individual contest rules will govern and control.
14. Confirmation: Winners will confirm their mailing address prior to their prize being sent out. The Pink Pleasure Palace will not be held responsible for issues including, but not limited to, lost packages, USPS, non-existent addresses. Packages are Certified, and the Winner may request a copy of the Certification as proof of mailing.

• GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Owner of webcam site for possible broadcast of home video submissions from members of the public whom must be 18 years or older dancing. A grand prize of $500 will be awarded at a date to be determined in owners' sole discretion. Only videos conforming to The Pink Pleasure Palace Standards and Practices will be eligible for inclusion in the website contest, based on owner's and manager’s judgment.

• PROCEDURES
1. Persons wishing to enter should send as many different home videos as they wish to webmaster@thepinkpleasurepalace.com videos will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

2. Entrants should include their return address, email address and telephone number and a brief written description of the clips being submitted along with a 2257 verifying your age.

3. Contest sponsor reserves the right to destroy all videos for which return was not requested at the time of submission. Contest sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected videos.

4. Owners reserve the right to edit and/or alter any submission.

5. Videos must be exclusive to The Pink Pleasure Palace, Inc.

6. Decisions of the judges as to all contest matters are final.

• ELIGIBILITY
1. Employees of The Pink Pleasure Palace, their subsidiaries, affiliates and assigns and members of their immediate families are not eligible for prize awards.

2. Persons under 18 may not enter.

3. Entrants whose clips are chosen for inclusion in our website must sign a release attesting to the fact that they are the rightful owners of the submitted clips. All persons appearing in the clips must sign consent forms and/or releases before the submission may be broadcast. Failure to provide requested releases and/or consents will result in disqualification of entrant.

4. Each submission must be solely the original work of entrant.

5. Each entrant represents that his/her submission does not infringe on any third party's copyrighted material, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

6. By submitting your video footage each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless The Pink Pleasure Palace, Inc. subsidiary and affiliated companies, licensees, and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any claim or liability arising from or related to participation in this contest, appearance on the program, and/or acceptance or use of any prize.

• JUDGING CRITERIA
1. Videos will be judged on the basis of their uniqueness. All videos must conform to The Pink Pleasure Palace, Inc. Standards and Practices policies.

2. Each video will be assigned a number, logged in and entered into a computer.

3. All videos will then be screened and rated on a scale of 1 to 10. Any video rated below a 5 will be eliminated from consideration.

4. The managers will view footage rated 5 and above to select the finalists and/or winner. We reserve the right to submit finalist video to the public for voting, in a manner to be determined in managers' sole discretion, for selection of a grand prize winner. Manager will announce the means of determining a winner at a later date. That information and any changes to the rules will be posted on thepinkpleasurepalace.com or available by mail or phone.

5. Owner and managers reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.

• PRIZES
1. The Prize will be awarded to the person(s) submitting the video footage, provided that upon request they certify that they are the owner(s) of the video footage.

2. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.

3. The winning clip is not eligible for any prizes in future shows.

• CONTEST DEADLINES
1. The contest deadline has yet to be determined but will be announced on thepinkpleasurepalace.com, and in advance of the deadline for submissions. All videos must be received by The Pink Pleasure Palace, Inc. on or before the deadline date to be eligible for inclusion.

2. At producers' sole option, any video may be retained and considered for use and reuse in any subsequent addition of the program.

• RELEASES
1. All entrants must sign consent forms and general releases, or be eliminated from consideration. Releases will include a statement that the clips are the exclusive property of the entrant(s) and that the events purported to be spontaneous were in fact spontaneous and not staged. Releases must be obtained from all identifiable persons depicted in videos.
